GMIT Galway Campus - Library Flooring Works Summer 2021

Tender description

GMIT wish to award a contract under the open procedure for specialist flooring contractors for the supply, installation, and ancillary works, including the removal & environmental disposal of existing floor covering in GMIT Galway Campus Library on the ground floor level, and selected study rooms. The new installation should be fit for purpose in terms of durability, prolonged life cycle and improve safety for its users. The Contracting Authority is committed to the principles of environmental management in its activities and it encourages the implementation of sustainability principles in its procurement practices. Please refer to ITT for full details. Tenderers/contractors should make all reasonable efforts to minimise adverse environmental impact in the methods of services delivery and in materials used. Contract was awarded on the 02.07.2021 to Conneally Group, Glenrock House, Glenrock Business Campus, Ballybane, Galway.
