The Project comprises the following: Project 1: Fire Safety Upgrade works Project 1 comprises the following: M&E Scope: - Upgrade / replace Fire doors as necessary including replacement / adjustment of ironmongery, slipping, replace seals, smoke brushes etc. - Provision of Fire stopping / Cavity Barriers as necessary throughout the building (including detached Plant / services buildings) - Addressing issues of non-compliance - Upgrade of partitions / doors to stores / service rooms to appropriate fire rating as necessary - Address Fire safety issues - Fire Safety signage - Identification, tagging and logging of all fireproofing – existing and proposed - Provision of Fire Safety Maps for display within the Building - Fire Safety Equipment - Fire Grilles / Louvres - Automation of Primary Access Doors - Compliance of Temporary Accommodation / Ancillary Buildings on the site Project 2: Rooflight Replacement Project 2 comprises the following: - Replacement of existing Barrell Rooflight - Refurbishment of existing Sloped Rooflight - Making good existing roof finishes incorporating attendances and all necessary works for the above
