Contract Awarded - Healy Partners Architects - Architect Led Design Team including Lead Architect, Structural and Civil Engineer, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP), Design Certifier, Assigned Certifier and Employers Representative for a Housing Development comprising of 14 No. housing units and all associated siteworks at Phase 5, Gortamullin, Kenmare, Co. Kerry including Services Stages (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) To meet the specific services requirements associated with this tender call, Kerry County Council require the consultancy services of Architect as Lead Consultant Principal Service Provider only with other disciplines included as making up the specialist skills required as sub-consultants. Submissions will not be accepted from disciplines other than Architect as Lead acting in their capacity as the main tender applicant who will be the Principal Service Provider. If a tender application is not submitted in the format stated above no further consideration will be given and the application will be excluded from the tender process on the basis of non-compliance in accordance with Capital Works Management Framework documentation on the Procurement Process for Consultancy Services. Quantity Surveying Services will be provided directly by Kerry County Council to work as part of the Design Team for all stages of the housing scheme. The QS service should not be accounted for in the Tender Application. Tenders must be submitted via the electronic post-box available through this e-tenders contract notice.
