<p>Cherwell District Council is commissioning consultants to undertake a Town Centre and Retail Study to inform the preparation of the Cherwell Local Plan Review 2040. The Oxfordshire Plan will provide the strategic planning framework and evidence base to support sustainable growth across the County to 2050. It will set out the overall development requirement and identify broad areas for growth across the County.
