New 40x10 Steel Anti Vandal Combi Unit office canteen and toilet at top end (requires mains connections) to include an accordion (folding) centre partition mid container. Minimum Specification: The specification below details the minimum required. Particular attention should be given to how the units will be proofed against condensation (given the confined space) and the safety aspects of electrical fittings and connections. Substitutions or improvements can be made to the specification but they must be at least the equivalent of the minimum requirements to be considered under the award criteria. Doors: 2 External door at each end of the Unit  Steel corrugated frame door with triangular wrap around sealing  Insulated Door blade with galvanised steel sheets on both sides to thermal and fire proofing specs.  Right or left hand hinged  Outward opening  Capable of being opened from the inside  Fitted with a latch (to allow the door be kept in the opened position).  Fitted with two five-lever mortice locks and a door closer with one internal door handle . Internal Doors 30 minute fire resistant bathroom door and frame painted with ironmongery including thumbturn.
