Partial Re Roofing Works (Emergency Works 2021)

Tender description

St. Finbarr’s Boys National School proposals are to carry out re-roofing works under emergency works. The partial works will pertain to the ground floor level and first floor level areas. The school has direct access for building works available. The existing low level flat and high level flat roofs are covered with a bituminous torch on membrane. It is proposed to replace the roof areas indicated with a new built-up roofing system, incorporating tapered insulation laid with falls. The existing roof drainage occurs via external cast iron downpipes and they are also to be repaired and/or reinstalled to the lower and upper level flat roof.
