Tender description

The role of the lift consultant would include assistance with the Associations consultant to assist with stock management, condition survey and assist and advise with procurement and project management of replacement and modernisation works to current passenger lift stock. The Association will apply a two stage evaluation process to all ESPD/tenders received. A maximum of 5 bidders will be taken through to the second stage of evaluation following ESPD scoring. Reduction will be carried out as follows: Tenderers will be required to achieve a minimum of 60% of the available scores the weighted questions in the C: Technical and Professional Ability section of Part IV. The weighting of each question is given in the ESPD and the contract notice details the specific information which is required to be provided.
