The service will provide professional interpreters across a range of over 200 languages and dialects on a 24/7/365 basis. The service is commissioned for use mainly within primary care and offers the following: • Face to Face interpretation - this support the need for interpreters to be available for pre-booked appointments whether they are taking place in person, via a conference video link or when all parties are in a virtual conference environment. • Telephone Interpretation - The telephone offers immediate access to the interpretation service. No specific equipment is required - it can be accessed from any landline, mobile or VOIP telephone system
