North Devon District Council (NDC) and Somerset West and Taunton Council (SWTC) (The Councils) wish to achieve value for money and full compliance with the relevant legislation in the procurement of their fleet including full maintenance arrangements. The Councils also aim to achieve savings through a combined vehicles supply and maintenance contract. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Supply of Vehicles and Plant including Maintenance for Somerset West and Taunton Council. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Supply of Vehicles and Plant including Maintenance for combined area of North Devon Council and Somerset West & Taunton Council.
