Vessel Monitoring Systems and associated maintenance and data services

Tender description

At present a requirement exists for VMS equipment and associated maintenance and data management and visualization services for approximately 70 vessels under 12m in length fishing with hydraulic dredges in inshore waters around Ireland. A second and separate requirement is for development of novel systems for electronic reporting of catch from vessels under 10m in length. These services will be procured in 2 Lots.  Lot 1: Supply of inshore vessel monitoring systems (iVMS) for vessel position monitoring including data management services, data visualization, maintenance, servicing and replacement of equipment  Lot 2: Development of systems for electronic reporting of fish catch at sea; A full technical description is available in the attached tender documents.
