Tender description

NSS wishes to procure a multi-faceted data collection system for all NHSScotland properties. To provide high-level strategic assessment of the current condition of the property assets and identify backlog maintenance costs, future investment requirements, property transaction data and recording fire risk assessments. An “off the shelf” solution is sought; however, solutions which could undergo further development to meet NHSScotland requirements are also of interest. This system will be available for use by all Boards across NHSScotland. Lot 1: It is the intention of NSS to enter into a contract pursuant to which a Asset Management application is delivered as a software service. The contract will deliver services to entities constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 as amended, Integration Joint Boards established pursuant to the Public Bodies (Joint Working)(Scotland) Act 2014 and any local authorities established pursuant to the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994. The contract is likely to be for a three year term. Additional information: A questionnaire has been attached to this notice. Please complete and respond as per the instructions in the document.
