<p>Bromford Housing is seeking proposals which deliver a consistent approach to maintaining and repairing its Passenger, Stair and Vertical Platform Lifts, as well as a value for money model, which follows all current legislation, regulations, and best industry practices. For tendering purposes Bromford's four localities, has been divided into 2 Lots (North Area and South Area) / Contracts, providing an opportunity for a wide range of Contractors to be able to submit a tender for either one and / or both Lots. Current type and number of Lifts :- Lot 1, North Area, 44 Communal Passenger Lifts, 21 Domestic Through Floor Lifts, and 101 Domestic Mobility Lifts, Lot 2, South Area, 46 Communal Passenger Lifts, 13 Domestic Through Floor Lifts, and 70 Domestic Mobility Lifts.</p> Keywords: Passenger Lifts Maintenance and Repair
