Tender description

The University of Nottingham wishes to undertake a review of the management of its investment portfolio. The investment portfolio constitutes the University’s permanent endowment assets and is currently valued at approximately GBP 53 000 000. In addition to the permanent endowment portfolio the University also holds a medium term investment fund which is currently valued at approximately GBP 10 000 000. Both market valuations are as at December 2019 and are expected to grow steadily overtime. There are no significant endowment assets (cash or direct property) held outside the investment portfolio. Lot 1: The University of Nottingham wishes to undertake a review of the management of its investment portfolio. In addition to the permanent endowment portfolio the University also holds a medium term investment fund which is currently valued at approximately GBP 10 000 000. The Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) will be awarded the contract.
