Tender description

Leisure Management Software Variation to the contract from 1st August 2023 the Default Charge section of the Order Form shall be renamed “Value-Added Service Fee.” The wording in the Default Charge section of the Order Form shall be deleted in entirety and shall be replaced with the following wording: “A Value- Added Service Fee of £0.16 shall be charged in respect of each Transaction. This fee is payable in respect of the services provided by Xplor’s member service centre to administer revenue collection and handle membership queries.”
