Tender description

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive intends to conduct a procurement exercise to appoint a number of contractors to deliver the Contracting Authority’s Heating Installation Programme. The contracts will involve the surveying and installation of oil and gas heating systems to approximately 2902 domestic properties although these numbers are subject to change in line with the Contracting Authority's requirements. The stock is located within the Belfast and North Regions. It is envisaged that the contracts will be split across 10 lots with an initial contract period of 18 months with the option to extend by a further 6 months if the Contracting Authority deems necessary.
