<p>Planning permission has been obtained for the Design and Build JCT Contract for the development of 7 large, high-quality, detached houses are being developed for market sale at the site of the former Backworth Primary School off Station Road, Backworth, within the Borough of North Tyneside. A start on site is required by January 2022 and it is expected to be a 12 month programme. The site is a cleared within a secluded, woodland conservation area just behind Backworth Hall and is bounded by a curtilage Listed wall.
