Almond Housing Association: Kitchen Replacement Framework 2020-2023

Tender description

The scope of works includes for the removal of existing kitchens and the design, supply and installation of replacement kitchens and associated works. Almond Housing Association intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with a single contractor for the design, supply and installation of new kitchens and associated works. It is envisaged that the Contractor passing the Community Benefit Matrix Outcome and scoring highest following the overall price and quality evaluation will be appointed to the Framework. It is anticipated that the initial work order raised under this Framework Agreement will be for the 28Nr properties detailed within the invitation to tender document. Subsequent orders may be issued at the Associations discretion for 49Nr properties within both Year 2 and Year 3 of the Framework. Notwithstanding the above, the appointment to the Framework does not guarantee that orders will be placed with the provider.
