Tender description

The Loughs Agency seeks passive sampling equipment for the detection of three pesticides; Diazinon, Cypermethrin and Acetamiprid, and one Herbicide; MCPA in the river environment. Five sampling sites will be targeted in the Finn Catchment in the Republic of Ireland, however, the delivery of equipment described will be delivered to the Loughs Agency’s headquarters in Derry ~Londonderry, Northern Ireland. Supply of suitable sampling equipment, provision of laboratory services to include processing of samples and provision of accurate “time weighted average” results is required. Loughs Agency will be deploying equipment over a 12 month period, with equipment remaining deployed for 4 week periods, back to back. Details of our requirements are given below: Programme of Testing & Equipment Required 12 month testing programme (each period is a 4 week cycle) with sufficient equipment to be provided initially and at agreed monthly dates thereafter to enable continual monitoring and sampling.
