Tender description

Works include the removal of existing electrical services from the existing St Francis NS, Barnesmore, Co.Donegal (circa 1180m2) & replacement with new energy centre, small power services, containment, internal lighting, emergency lighting, external lighting, communications services (structured cabling), services to mechanical services, intruder alarm & disabled call. All other systems to remain but left fully operational during works. The contractor will be responsible for all removals of redudant materials, formation of new openings & reinstatement of disturbed finishes to match those existing.
