HR Advisory Services - Single Party Framework

Tender description

The HPRA is seeking to establish a single-party framework agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced Senior HR Consultant to work with it in providing senior level strategic Human Resources expertise to the CEO, the Human Resources department and the Management Committee, where appropriate, in achieving a number of current and future objectives. It is envisaged that the successful contractor will be available for periods of time, to be agreed, to work on HPRA projects. The successful contractor will have extensive experience in providing Senior HR Advisory services to public bodies and will be accountable for performing as a trusted and strategic partner and expert advisor, supplementing the internal expertise of the Authority, as required in the following areas: o HR Strategy review and development o Organisational development programme design and delivery o Organisational culture o Change management support o Strategic workforce planning o Career development strategies: plans and implementation of same o Development of comprehensive retention strategies o Succession planning and career development initiatives o Performance Management systems o Operational best practice
