Dock Park Temporary Catering Vendors

Tender description

The Dock Park Café has been closed for several months and will not reopen before June 2021. There is currently an opportunity for businesses with street trading licences to occupy two temporary pitch locations. We are looking for catering vans or ice cream vans preferably but will consider pop up vendors operating from smaller units. Applicants would be required to offer a selection of cakes, sandwiches, teas, coffees and Ice creams. This is a limited opportunity and will only be available until the new owners of the Café are able to operate. In order to be considered for this opportunity vendors should have the following: o Street Traders Licence o Hygiene certificates o Public liability insurance o H&S measures to allow operating with current restrictions The period offered will be for 4 weeks and reviewed weekly thereafter, please register your interest in this no later than Tuesday 27 April 21.
