Tender description

Crown Commercial Service have established an appropriate contracting route for the provision of Back Office Software, to be used by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations. The Back Office Software Framework Agreement provides a route to market for organisations wishing to purchase software subscriptions and licence support for back office systems direct from the software vendor. There is one lot covering the following: enterprise resource planning, human capital management, financial accounting, procurement, reporting, customer relationship management, workflow technologies, content services, service portal, integration software, support and maintenance for these services. Additional information: The start date of this Framework Agreement is 06/04/2021. The expiry date of the Framework Agreement is 05/04/2025. The framework will be established for 30 months with the option for CCS to extend for a further 18 months. The 18 month extension period has been utilised.
