Tender description

The Council is currently providing a wide range of support services to schools, academies, social care settings, charities, SMEs and other local authorities. However, there a perception that our traded services operations do not contribute positively to the Council's financial bottom line. This review is urgently required to assess: 1). Is Traded Services a viable/sustainable model? 2). Does Traded Services deliver value for money? 3) What is the true cost to deliver Traded Services? This review aims to provide a robust and well evidenced set of recommendations on how to take Traded Services forward in a more sustainable way.
