Situational Judgement Exercises for Senior Garda Competitions

The Policing Authority invites tenders for the provision of situational judgement exercises for use by the Authority in its selection competitions for appointments to the senior ranks of the Garda Síochána. This will include objective testing at senior management level through bespoke situational judgement exercises to include the administration, verification, and assessment of tests and the provision of feedback of results to selection boards and to candidates. Tenderers should have the ability to develop and administer both online tests (CATs) and verification tests.
