• Configurable system that is intuitive and easy to use. • Manage, track and report on programmes and projects across our defined 6 stage project lifecycle; from inception and business case stage through to delivery and closure. • Enter Project specific data to be able to track and report on Milestones, Finances, Earned Value, Risks, Decisions, Deliverables and Locations for each Project. • Key data to be aggregated from project level to programme level to portfolio level for reporting purposes, providing real-time programme and portfolio level dashboards. • Key data fields stay connected to the programmes and projects as they move along the project lifecycle. • Record and track portfolio finances at a Project, Programme and Portfolio level. • Report on trends across a portfolio of projects reporting on the movement of projects in between project lifecycle stages. • Provide a benefits plan and dashboard showing the value of all projects delivered across the portfolio. • Provide customised workflows that can manage a process of approvals and stage gates during the project lifecycle. • Setting individual user permissions and access rights. • Consistent templates to be generated and used as projects move along the lifecycle. • Integrate with 3rd party software.
