Tender description

In order to drive up performance and improve the quality of care provided to our service users within Housing with Care, we need an electronic care management system that is accessible for staff, service users and their family and friends to use, at ease, on a daily basis. The quality assurance processes need to enable us to accurately input, extract, analyse and report upon data regarding service delivery, and the quality of care provided to service users, and as a result, demonstrate impact and create a culture of improvement and excellence. The care management system needs to be available through devices both online and office for up to 350 staff who provide care for up to 300 service users in their own homes.
