Hosting and Remote Proctoring of Tests

Tender description

The Public Appointments Service requires a company to host and remote proctor a range of tests for a number of roles as required. The type of test materials will vary for each campaign. The duration of remote proctoring will range from approx. 30-120 minutes per test. We are looking for Automated “Record & Review” remote proctoring and “Live” remote proctoring facilities (whereby the proctor can immediately intervene when suspicious behaviour is noted) but we are open to considering those who only offer one of those facilities. The numbers of candidates to complete each campaign will vary from quite small volumes (up to 50 candidates) to medium volumes (up to 500 candidates) to large volumes (up to 2000 candidates). We would also require the tenderer to host practice familarisation material/ sample tests that will not be supervised/ invigilated but could be accessed by candidates in advance of the testing session. Furthermore, we would be interested in the system’s capability for assessors to login and score candidates’ responses within the system. More than one Tenderer may meet the requirements of this tender. Within the tender PAS are looking for a number of different options in the area of remote proctoring e.g. Live remote proctoring, Record and Review remote proctoring and different test and answer formats. Therefore, a panel may be formed. The Tenderer with the top score on the panel will be offered all the remote proctoring work for PAS, however if they are unable to deliver on some of the requirements of PAS it will be offered to the next highest scorer on the panel that has the functionality required.
