Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Services for the East London & Essex Region

Tender description

The requirement is for the provision of Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping services on behalf of Peabody within the East London & Essex region. The contract covers all areas of landscape management works, the scope of which is outlined below: The works will comprise but is not limited to:- •Grass maintenance; •Hard surface management keeping weeds within the agreed limit.; •Moss treatment; •Shrub and hedge maintenance; •Low level tree maintenance; •Removal of leaves and other detritious including litter from the hard surfaces and beds; •Weeding of beds; •Seasonal pruning of plants; •and all associated works to, and around the areas identified and agreed.
