Tender description

SSE Services is proposing to place a contract for the provision of water supply services across the SSE and SGN estate. The form of contract will be SSE’s Services agreement This requirement will be tendered as one lot for England with a separate lot for Scotland. Contract duration will be 5 years with the option to extend for further 1-year periods up to an additional 2 years. Scope will include: provision of Water Supply services in areas that include but are not limited to: metering, bill management and management of associated services such as including data management, usage tracking, site on boarding and fault resolving. Itemised billing will be required on a site by site basis with purchase order numbers to be logged on invoices as part of this process. This particular area of service is to be managed by the chosen supplier(s) for all SSE and SGN sites with a water supply requirement in England and/or Scotland as appropriate, pending tender outcome. Lot 1: FW - Services — Water Supply England — Multi Site 1225 SSE Services is proposing to place a contract for the provision of Water Supply services across the SSE and SGN estate. The proposed form of contract will be SSE’s Services agreement and will include SSE required regulatory and SSE compliance clauses in line with SSE’s core values.
