Tender description
The contract relates to a 12-month renewal for support and maintenance of the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) as well as of the document scanning software. A review of HIE’s data and records management, existing digital infrastructure and capacity for consideration will be undertaken, however, at this stage it is necessary to renew the support and maintenance services of both the Electronic Data and Records Management System and the document scanning software to provide an essential working system across HIE.
