CR20098 - Impact evaluation of UKRI Innovation & Knowledge Centres (IKCs)

The aim of the UKRI evaluation is to assess the extent to which the IKC programme is making or has made an economic impact, taking into consideration the schemes original and subsequent goals. Where outcomes have not yet materialised, for example due to long lead times, the evaluation should consider the interim outcomes that provide an indication of future impact. This evaluation will focus on utilising a range of evidence, including but not limited to annual reports, mid-term reviews, the economic evaluation, submissions from the centre Directors, interviews (with the centres and key stakeholders), etc.
