Tender description
The Northern Ireland Housing Executive requires the services of a Contractor for a single member Solicitors Panel for Belfast. The Panel area for Belfast comprises Belfast City Council, Lisburn and Castlereagh. The purpose of this procurement exercise is to establish a single member Solicitors Panel to meet all of the requirements of the Housing Executive’s Land and Regeneration Services Belfast outlet for external solicitors in connection with relevant land and property matters within the Panel area (“the Services” as defined in the Specification of Requirements).
