Tender description

JV North is seeking to establish a 4-year framework agreement for development consultancy services, split into the following lots: Lot 1: Architectural Services Lot 2: Employers Agent Services, Lot 3: Purchasers Agent Lot 4: Principle Designer , Lot 5: Structural Engineering, Lot 6: Mechanical & Electrical Services Lot 7: Valuation Services Lot 8: Planning Consultancy Lot 9: Clerk of works services Lot 1: Architectural Services The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint TEN contractors to this lot. Tenderers will be required to demonstrate a good understanding of the construction of market, housing for rent, housing for sale, intermediate and social housing together with associated community amenities and infrastructure and an ability to assist in the delivery of projects on time and to budget. The Consultants work is principally new build in nature. There may be works to existing premises required as part of a new build scheme. Where such occurrence this will be deemed to be de minimus.
