NOTE: This notice was updated on 25 August 2021 for the following reason: 'Due to revised operational requirements for the Loch Ewe Depot, the OPA regrets to advise that this tender process has had to be cancelled with no expected re-tendering date at this time.'(Cable Containment - Phase 2 works - a need to establish cable routes between the administration building and assets located in field areas, typically RTW, Bilge Processing, Bunker Tank, Jetty, and White Oils Areas. Please refer to tender documents.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
