THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION Early Market Engagement The Council wish to carry out an Early Market Engagement exercise with Registered Providers who may wish to enter into a co-operation arrangement with the Council. This is likely to be in the form of a Contractual Joint Venture with the Council to deliver the housing schemes and objectives set out in the attached document. The response should identify anticipated key milestones including the completion of the initial design phase, submission of a planning application and commencement of construction. This response should assume the selected RP will be notified in May and a contractual JV would be in place in September 2021. Submissions should therefore refer to the delivery of these objectives with specific reference to the two sites. Additional information: Early Market Engagement -This is not a call for competition.
