Tender description
Perth and Kinross Council (“PKC”) is looking to enter into an agreement for the provision of reactive escalation-level, on-call expertise for support and maintenance for existing Palo Alto 3260 firewalls and the supply of additional subscriptions (PANDB URL Filtering, Threat Prevention and Wildfire). PKC is also interested in working with the successful supplier on a best value, non-exclusive ad-hoc basis via the purchase of ‘consultancy days’. These consultancy days are intended to provide opportunities for health checks, reviewing system performance and implementing preventative tasks to maintain or enhance the integrity of the PKC estate.
