Lot 1: Selection of a shortlist of contractors to carry out works for the construction of new housing to Passivhaus Standard under a JCT D&B 2016 contract at Melfield Gardens, Beckenham, Kent. Additional information: This Invitation to Participate document sets out the information which a potential tenderer is required to provide to draw up a list of qualified applicants to invite to tender.
