SE958 IMS Salesforce licenses

Tender description

Sport England have procured the licenses to support in the Development of the Investment Management System (IMS). The requirement includes the following; - Sourcing of the required Salesforce Licenses to meet the User requirements for IMS. This includes both internal users, external partners/ stakeholders' access through a new portal, and the users internally that have read only requirements of the system - The Licensing must be able to support the ongoing development and support of the IMS solution; - The Licensing must enable the implementation of the IMS Release, Configuration Management and Testing Strategies (this includes the provision of a Training environment) - The Licenses must support the Data Migration/ Cleansing scripts for the IMS migration - Integration between Salesforce and SharePoint must be allowed for - The Licenses must include support and maintenance cover, updates, and access to Salesforces' support desk/ services
