Appointment of a Lift Contractor to carry out refurbishment works to 17 Albert Street & 108 Duke Street and lift replacement works to 133 Constitution Street. The Lift Contractor shall be responsible for the coordination, scheduling and management of the work of component supplier and subcontractors. The Lifts Regulations 1997 & BS EN81. This is also the case for modernised Passenger and Passenger/Goods lifts, which must comply wherever achievable with all parts of EN81. For Passenger and Passenger/Goods Parts 1, 28, 70, and 80. Two stage ESPD/Tender. A maximum of 4 bidders will be taken through to the second stage of evaluation. Reduction will be carried out as follows: Tenderers will be required to achieve a minimum of 60% of the available scores the weighted questions in the C: Technical and Professional Ability section of Part IV, ESPD.
