The Council is proposing to construct one new build primary care surgery and convert and expand a listed building to accommodate two practices at Land Rear of 2- 28 Belfast Road, London N16 6UH and The Portico Building, 34 Linscott Road, London, E5 0RD. This Pin Notice gives advanced notice of the Council's intention to procure for appropriate organisations to consider Expressing an Interest and submit a tender for one or both of the following Lots.
