Intensive Family Support Service

Tender description

Fife Council Education and Children’s Services requires to commission a Support Service which offers individually tailored support to young people and families at an intensive level. The key service aims will be to support individual children, young people and the outcomes identified in their Child’s Plan. The service provider will therefore work with children and young people in a variety of situations and placements. These include: Maintaining young people at home/with extended family/in the community, within Fife whenever possible. Returning young people to their homes/communities and to placements within Fife, e.g. foster or residential care placements. Working with varying levels of risk and completing risk assessments in conjunction with the team around the child/young person.
