Concession Contract for Catering Services at NETPark

Tender description

The Council is currently undertaking the construction of a new café on the NETPark site, Sedgefield which will be called Café @ NETPark. The café is required to accommodate the growing demands of an expanding site which currently houses 37 companies employing approx. 550 staff. NETPark constantly attracts new companies whilst the existing companies grow their operation and workforce. The café will be used to serve NETPark tenants however, it is also envisaged that the facility may attract passing trade from the wider area as well as providing hospitality including buffets for events happening on site.
