Fáilte Ireland is currently developing its strategic business plans for the period 2021 to 2023. It is now seeking to establish a multi-party framework agreement for the development/redevelopment of several product strategies which will be aligned to its new strategic business plans. The projects under this framework may include but are not limited to the development of new or review of existing product strategies, experience development strategies, conducting sector, business model and programme reviews, conducting product experience and brand reviews and providing other development support across all business units to support strategy implementation. Fáilte Ireland is currently developing its strategic business plans for the period 2021 to 2023. It is now seeking to establish a multi-party framework agreement for the development/redevelopment of several product strategies which will be aligned to its new strategic business plans. The new strategic business plans will consider the changed Tourism landscape due to Covid-19 and Brexit. Fáilte Ireland envisages a need to revisit previously developed sub strategies and roadmaps which all focused on a growth strategy which now need to incorporate a survival, recovery, and post Covid-19 regrowth strategy. The projects under this framework may include but are not limited to the development of new or review of existing product strategies, experience development strategies, conducting sector, business model and programme reviews, conducting product experience and brand reviews and providing other development support across all business units to support strategy implementation.
