Professional Services Framework

Tender description

Sunderland City Council is seeking to establish a framework for the Provision of Professional Services. In line with requirements the framework will be divided into four Lots as follows: Lot 1: Architectural Consultancy Services Lot 2: Cost Management Consultancy Services Lot 3: Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy Services Lot 4: Principal Designer Consultancy Services Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded independently. All Lots will be awarded and will operate on a ranked, multi supplier basis with the option to carry out further competition at the sole discretion of the Council. It is envisaged that the top 3 suppliers for all Lots will be appointed to the framework on a ranked basis. Providers may bid for single or multiple lots.
