Tender for supply of online gas chromatograph with mass detector (GC/MS) and transfer line

Tender description

This tender relates to a recent award by the Welsh Government to procure equipment related to the circular economy. Swansea University wishes to source an online real-time GC/MS to interface with hydrothermal reactors used to treat sludge and solid materials (e.g. from water treatment works, steel making or wood composite manufacturing). The online system must be versatile, so to analyse a stream at the outlet of the reactor containing for example high moisture content, halogens, and different mass fractions of organics at above and below atmospheric pressure, and at high and ambient temperatures (e.g. after condensation of water).
