Tender description

The Contracting Authority requires perpetual licences for an SQL server monitoring software tool to monitor 40 SQL server instances hosted on a virtual server environment held on premises. These server instances include Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (ePMA) and e-Health Records. In order to manage business critical systems such as these effectively it is essential that we properly monitor and respond to issues in the databases that underpin these and other critical hospital systems.
