Tender description

To supply, fit and repair floor coverings and maintain all types of floor finishes and associated works. To Council properties in the Borough of Sandwell. The various floor finishes are covered in the schedule of rates and the work can be of either a planned or reactive nature. The tenderers’ attention is specifically drawn to the fact that a proportion of properties will be occupied throughout the period of the contract with some properties being void. The properties vary in age of both traditional and system-built construction and of low, medium and high rise. Please refer to the ITT Documents.
