Tender description

Upkeep and regular maintenance of open space and communal garden areas of hard and soft landscaping and inspection and maintenance of trees and shrubs within individual gardens. Lot 1: Works comprise the inspection and maintenance of all tree, amenity planting, woodland and grass areas to communal residential land including cleansing and weed clearance of hard areas. The contract also includes inspection and maintenance of trees and shrubs within individual gardens. The contract duration is thirty six months with the option to extend by a further 24 months subject to satisfactory review as assessed by the Association's Housing Management and by tenant feedback. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. The estimated value is 230,000.00 GBP per annum taken over the full contract period and including full optional period equates to 1,150,000.00 GBP.
