Provision of insurance services relevant to a registered social housing provider covering a range of business classes of which the main classes (but not limited to) will be domestic and commercial property stock, employers, public and product liability, contract works, directors and officers, engineering inspection services, motor fleet (accident management/fleet accident management). To include full advisory and claims handling services. Utilises, as required, insurance brokerage and agency services. The total insurance services package (general insurance services and motor fleet) is to include advisory services which will entail risk management on the various insurance types and claims management services. The agreement will run for an initial period of 3 years from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2024 with annual reviews with a potential 2-year extension to 31 March 2026 or 2 x 1-year potential extensions to 31 March 2025 and then 31 March 2026 subject to performance.
