Cyclical Repairs and Decorations, brickwork repairs and repointing, repairs or replacement works to rainwater goods, fascia boards and soffits to properties Lot 1: Cyclical Repairs and Decorations, brickwork repairs and repointing, repairs or replacement works to rainwater goods, fascia boards and soffits. We will also be considering any health and safety works required to the external envelope of the buildings. This is a contract which is envisaged to be a long term partnership with Golding Homes with a 5 year + 2 year extension based on performance.
